Dr. Stacey Gerard joined the Beaufort County Community College staff after 15 years of service working with Career & Technical Education (CTE) in the North Carolina Public Schools.  While working with the NC Public Schools, she served as a 9-12 Business and Marketing Teacher, CTE Instructional Management Coordinator, 9-12 Assistant Principal, and CTE Director. Since coming to Beaufort County Community College, she has served as Vice President of Continuing Education.

 

Dr. Gerard is actively involved in economic and workforce development in eastern NC; with experience serving on the Northeastern Workforce Development Board, Beaufort County Business Advisory Council, NC Community College System Workforce Development Leadership Council, and Beaufort County-Washington Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.  She is currently serving as a member of the Beaufort County Committee of 100, NC

 

Workforce Credentials Advisory Council, and the Region Q Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy Advisory Committee.  Dr. Gerard is recognized as a Leadership Beaufort and an NC Community College Leadership Program graduate.
