Connie Bennett has had an extensive career in the Hospitality Industry.  She was the former Chief Operations Officer at Biscuitville  Inc., based out of Greensboro NC.  As such, she was responsible for the operations of 54 restaurants and leading the execution of the company’s strategic initiatives for growth.  She retired in 2015 after 28 years with the company to relocate to Eastern North Carolina with her family. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Business Ethics from John Wesley College, now known as Laurel University. 

 

Ms. Bennett is a member of the Aurora Leadership Council Tourism Development Committee and a resident of Richland Township.
